Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. If you purchased a racket, the plastic around the handle must remain intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you want to exchange for a different size or model, please contact us at sales@sportofpadel.com.

The time it takes for a replaced product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable.

For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

If You Haven't Received a Refund
If your return is approved but you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as processing time can vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@sportofpadel.com.
